Making a reservation and payment

Reservations are accepted year-round by calling 207-633-9900 or toll free 1-800-596-7420 from 9am to 9pm. MasterCard, Visa, personal checks, and cash are accepted and an additional Maine 7% lodging tax applies. Rates are for single or double occupancy.

Included in your stay

A full breakfast, complimentary beverages (tea, coffee, iced tea, or Maine organic apple cider) and a freshly baked treat are available in the afternoon and evening. A guest refrigerator, microwave and ice machine are located in the sunroom. Available are wine, beer and champagne glasses. Free wireless Internet access throughout the inn and a computer for guest use is located in the living room.

Minimum stay

Two-night stay is requested if one of the nights is a Saturday. Three night stay may be requested during holiday weekends.

Deposit

A deposit of one nights lodging is required to complete a reservation. Stays of seven days or longer will require a 50% deposit. Reservations are made with a credit card or a personal check may be used. Checks must be received within seven days of making your reservation.

Smoking

The inn is completely smoke free.

Children

We welcome children 12 and older. Guests expect a relaxing atmosphere and Victorian era homes have stairs that are best for older children and adults.

Pets

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the inn.

Cancellations

If your plans change, notify us by telephone. Cancellations made via email are not accepted. A full 14 days notice is required for return of deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to rebook the room.

Check-in &Check-out

Check-in is between 2pm and 6pm. If you need a late check-in, please call to make arrangements. Check-out is at 11am.
