Linekin Bay Bed & Breakfast

The Linekin Bay Bed & Breakfast offers four unique and beautiful guest rooms.

All of our guest rooms have private baths with Lord & Mayfair soaps, conditioning shampoo, and lotion. Hair dryers are provided for guests to use.

For the comfort of our guests, all of our guest rooms have air-conditioning. We receive refreshing afternoon breezes off the bay which keeps our B&B comfortable on most summer days and evenings. In the summer the beds are covered with beautiful lightweight down blankets with satin trim. For winter stays, each room in the inn has a separate thermostat, so that you are in control of the heat in your room. In the winter, guests sleep under warm down comforters by Cuddledown of Maine. Both the blankets and comforters are hypoallergenic. Each bed has four comfortable pillows. Two feathery down and two cotton/polyester pillows are on each of our queen and king beds.

All of our rooms have soundproofing so that your stay will be quiet and restful. For the safety of our guests, the Linekin Bay B&B has a modern fire protection system.

Red and white wine glasses, champagne flutes, and corkscrews are available. WIRED (Ethernet) Hi-Speed Internet Access connection is available in the Bay View Room.

All of our rooms have beautiful water views of Linekin Bay. The Holbrook Suite is a first floor room and our other three rooms are located on the second floor.

We have a wide selection of magazines for guests to read. There are books on Maine and the Boothbay area, brochures of area attractions, and board games for guests to enjoy. A complete directory of all the fun and essential information you would need to know about the Boothbay region can be found in each room. A notebook of menus from all the area restaurants is available.

Policies

One night's lodging is required as a holding deposit. Personal checks, cash, and travelers checks preferred. We also accept Master Charge and Visa.

Cancellation Notice required: full 14 days for return of deposit. If you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be refunded if we are able to re-book the room.

Open year round, Children over 12 welcome.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, the Linekin Bay Bed & Breakfast is a smoke free inn. Smoking is permitted on the decks & grounds.

Check-in is between 2-6 p.m. or by prior arrangements. Check out by 11 a.m..
